I need to identify it, find it's serial number, and remove it from the pool so it can be physically replaced. ![]() In PowerShell I can use "Get-PhysicalDisk" to see a list ofĪll the disks and their serial numbers, but this does not list the disk ID as used in the event log or disk management, and in Storage Spaces there is no way to identify the disk either. However in Storage Spaces all the drives are reported as healthy, and since Storage Spaces removes the disks from Disk Management, I have no way to identify which drive is DR9. "The device, \Device\Harddisk1\DR9, has a bad block." The problem I'm having is that in the Windows Event log I'm seeing regular disk errors, stating: I'm hoping somebody here can help answer this as I've searched for the answer but only found other people experiencing the same issue, without any solutions.
